My successful acne cure

Hi All,

It looks like, I found the PERFECT MEDICINE FOR ACNE while looking for another cure.

I had had acne and blackheads since early teen age on my face, back, chest and shoulders. I'm now 26 and my cure was sea salt, but I don't know whether it's specific to me because of lack of some minerals in my body or it might work for others.

In this case, sea salt is not for external use, but internal. And yes, I know salt is said to be really bad for you, but I'm acne free for several months now, so I don't care.

CHOICE OF SALT:

Sea salt, unrefined, obtained by natural evaporation. It may be a little wet, which usually means it has not been over processed. It may be white or a bit 'dirty' looking. I actually started with a quite common Costa Fine Sea Salt (UK).

THE RECIPE:

Half tsp sea salt into appx 300ml warm water (not hot, but more than luke warm).

TIMING:

Drink your salt water solution quickly at least 1.5 hrs after your last meal at bed time. If you do it after brushing teeth, it will even taste a bit sweet. But you will get used to it anyway.

Quickly means here; consume within a minute.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN and WHEN:

Next morning, your skin should feel oily and a tiny little bit smoother. If it doesn't feel oily, put slightly more salt in the water next time, but too much will make you vomit, so that's not good either. Half tsp should be perfect, but one whole is way too much. Try to find the quantity in between that fits you best.

HOW OFTEN:

So if you did everything right, you will get the oily feeling. Do it every day for the first 1-2 weeks and then you can do every second day. After several weeks, you might find every 4 days is enough for you, test it for yourself. In a couple of weeks, you will see how long it will take to be acne free!

YOUR OLD ACNE:

It will take some time for the existing acne to clear and the fresh scars to heal, but you will not get more. It won't help with scars, but this remedy cured my acne all over my affected areas! Even the urge to squeeze spots will go away, because the itch will be gone and there will be nothing to find.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF IT HELPS:

Try, if you don't feel any change in one week, it probably won't help. I'm not saying it will cure you in a week, but you would definitely see some result and be able to decide whether to continue or not.

WARNINGS:

If you experience any side effects, stop doing it! I only write this down, because it did a miracle to me and I want to share it to help others! I don't know whether it could be harmful to some individuals. All I know, that I wouldn't go back where I was before this, and that people should only follow my suggestion at their own risk.
