My Experience With My Zeno

My Experience With My Zeno

I had acne as a teenager and dealt with it like anybody else—drugstore creams for spot treatment mostly, though sometimes it seemed like my whole face was in need of a spot treatment.  When I got into my 20s though, and the acne didn’t go away, I knew I had to try something more.  I was fortunate that the first product I tried worked wonders for me.  Within a month of starting the Exposed Acne Treatment System, my skin was clear! The Exposed products offer a full spectrum acne treatment system that treat and prevent acne without fighting against your skin like other solutions using overly harsh medicines.  Instead they use a combination of natural and scientific ingredients that return your skin to the natural and healthy balance that it was meant to have.
Exposed really does work, and my skin was proof of it!  I used Exposed for two years.  Occasionally, I would have a pimple pop up—usually due to some kind of stress.  That happened maybe once every three months.  Not bad compared that what I’d been having before!
Since these occasional pimples seemed to crop up every time something important was about to happen–like my cousin’s wedding–a friend of mine told me about Zeno – “Thermal Treatment of Acne.”  I  went to the My Zeno website to have a look, and at first I laughed.  That crazy silver ray gun is supposed to zap my zits?
The more I read about it, though, the more convinced I became.  I’ll never forget reading on the website that heat shock proteins from Zeno would cause the self destruction of pimples.  It sounds crazy on the surface, but when I thought about it…it really made sense!  Doctors can burn off moles, scars, and tattoos with lasers–why couldn’t Zeno’s heat mechanism destroy pimples?
I experienced a bit of sticker shock when I saw the price of $129, but that would treat 60 pimples before I’d need to buy a refill.  Since I was only getting around four to six pimples a year while using Exposed, that meant the $129 Zeno would last me ten years.  Looking at it that way made the price seem pretty good.  I decided to go for it!
The shipping was fast.  My Zeno came in the mail a little over a week after I ordered it.  It was around a month after that when I had a stray pimple pop up and finally had a chance to test Zeno out.
I had it all charged up and read the directions carefully before pressing the treatment button and holding the tip against my nose (yeah, of all places!).  It tingled quite a bit during the treatment process and kept tingling and feeling itchy for almost an hour.  Afterward, I couldn’t tell one bit of difference but I figured it would take a while.

I went back to the mirror later that evening to check and was horrified to see that I had a red “ring” around the pimple!  It almost looked like someone had taken a red marker and drawn a circle around it.  As if it wasn’t noticeable enough to begin with….agh!!
I thought, “Maybe it will go away by in the morning.”  No such luck.  The pimple and ring were both still there the next day.  I tried my best to cover it with concealer, but you could still see it.  The pimple finally faded after about three days, but the red ring stayed for a week!  I could not believe it.  I can’t even say how mad I am that I plunked down $130 on that thing.
Stupidly I tried it again a couple months later when I had another pimple–same result!  Red ring for about a week.  I won’t make that mistake ever again. I’m so glad Exposed works for me.  I can live with the occasional pimple while Exposed keeps my skin clear the rest of the time.
