I dont know what causes it but...

I dont really know what causes it. I have suffered from acne for about 12 years now and have done it all from changing my diet to all the creams and lotions but I still cant find what causes it to show up on my skin.

But what I really care about is how to cure it. I'm 24 and up until a few months ago I couldn't even look people in the eye because of how my skin looked.

So I'm more interested with what fixes it then what causes it. I dont know about you but I'm tiered of hearing about how chocolate makes it worst (I love chocolate) or how french fries cause acne ( love french fries). So I took it upon myself to find what works, because even was just focusing on the problem and not the solution.

Well here is what I found both of these worked for me. But you have to see which will be better for you.
