Acnexus Acne Scrub – My Review

All-in-one, all-natural, all-powerful Acnexus Acne Scrub is the most convenient, effective, and affordable acne treatment in the world!  Or so its web site says… I’m on a mission to find the truth.  Here is what I’ve found so far:

Acnexus is a completely natural product that contains aloe vera gel, white willow bark (related to aspirin), alfalfa, redmond clay, avocado, and several things I’d never heard of.  The only ingredient I find suspicious is MSM, which the web site says is a “bio available sulfur.”  I don’t know about you, but I’m not real thrilled with the idea of putting sulfur on my face!  They say it’s very effective in treating acne, though, so I guess it’s worth a try.

You’ll find some common ingredients noticeably absent from Acnexus.  It does not contain mineral oil, alcohol, paraben (a preservative), soaps, or benzoyl peroxide.  Sounds good so far, right?

The Acnexus Acne Scrub is a one-step treatment, which sounds much better and simpler than all the three- and six-step treatments out there.  You wash with it once or twice a day, and it can be used on your face, chest, shoulders, arms, and back.  The company says it will work within 24 hours or they will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).  Their guarantee is good for life; all they require is that you return the used bottle along with any other bottles in resaleable condition.

I searched the internet to see what other acne sufferers say about Acnexus, and this is where things get sticky.  Honestly it’s not a pretty picture.  So many people have reported that Acnexus made their acne worse.  Several people have said that it caused pimples to appear in places they’d never had acne before.  That scares me!  The Acnexus web site makes the product sound fantastic, but I worry about using something that could make my skin worse than it already is.  Some previous Acnexus users have even said that the entire company is a scam, just trying to make a dirty penny off of people suffering from severe acne.
